FAQ Answers
  1. I'm using WebTV and I'm having difficulties logging in to the site and/or viewing my teams. What's the deal?
Unfortunately, this is a known issue with WebTV. The problem is related to how WebTV deals with cookies. WebTV stores cookies on their own servers and this occassionaly causes problems. The only recommendation is to try again later as the problem sometimes corrects itself.

  2. When will the WebTV "cookie" problem be fixed?
We have no way of knowing this as the problem is completely in the hands of Microsoft, the makers of WebTV. However, you can contact someone from WebTV to let them know you've had problems viewing and using this site as a result of their cookie problem. It's just as frustrating for us as it is for you.

  3. What is a "cookie" and why do I need them to use Kafenatid.net?
A cookie is a small file that is set on a users computer to store information that is used by the site to determine who they are across multiple page viewing. Cookies from Kafenatid.net NEVER contain sensitive information like user names, passwords, etc. Kafenatid.net only uses cookies to allow our databases to recognize who you are so that we can properly display your teams and register your picks in the Kafenatid Games section of the site. This means that you do not need cookies to use any part of the site except the Kafenatid Games section.

  4. Why isn't the game I'm looking for showing up in the TSNP Calculator?
This is an error in our stats feed. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and can only wait for our stats source to fix the error.

  5. Why aren't the TSNP correct for the players listed in the TSNP Calculator?
From time to time, particularly in football, our stats feed differs from other stats sources available on the internet as well as the actual stats of a particular game. Sometimes our feed is correct and the other sources are not. Sometimes the other sources are correct and our feed is not. Still other times, all sources are incorrect. When dealing with live stats, it's best to remember that most of them are written in pencil until well after the end of the game. Therefore, our TSNP Calculator can never be guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
